Tell Stream Data Centers and Apollo Global Management:
Protect Our Way of Life and Your Bottom Line: No STAMP Data Center

Last week, we joyfully shared this update on the Tonawanda Seneca Nation and Sierra Club’s ongoing litigation in NYS Supreme Court: GCEDC’s Board of Directors retracted State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) and other approvals for Stream Data Centers’ "Project Double Reed," a nearly 1 million square foot data center complex proposed for STAMP.
Click here to read our full press release.

Today, we must take action to protect this win. Use our one-click tool to send emails today, then follow up with some phone calls. Let’s ensure that Stream Data Centers and corporate parent Apollo Global Management don’t move forward with their unhinged idea to build an EVEN BIGGER data center at STAMP.

Yes, that’s right. GCEDC’s stated reason for retracting the project approvals? Stream Data Centers told them they intend to submit a proposal for an EVEN BIGGER data center at STAMP.

This is outrageous. The Tonawanda Seneca Nation, residents across Genesee County, the GLOW region, and all of New York State have made it clear: we DO NOT want a noisy, energy-sucking data center at STAMP. We don’t want a 250 MW data center and we definitely don’t want an even bigger, louder, more energy-sucking data center.

So let’s email key decisionmakers at Stream and Apollo, and then give them a call: We say NO data centers at STAMP. Protect our woods, our waters, and our way of life. Show respect for local communities and take care of your own bottom line: don’t move forward with a new data center plan at STAMP.
